Type: Full-time

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the translation team, for example, by undertaking researches, proofreading translations, preparing translation memories, etc.
• Translating legal documents from English to Chinese and vice versa
• Undertaking other related work assigned

Work-based competencies:

• Have education background in English/translation/law, interdisciplinary background preferred
• Be an undergraduate or postgraduate student in the penultimate year of study
• Have translation experience, experience in legal translation is a plus
• Be able to work on-site at the company, preferably at least 3 days a week
• Aspire to pursue translation/legal translation as a career is a plus
